Unitex lightweight mouldings offer window to the world.

When the owner of this project wanted a French Maison flavour for their new home, developer Rade Vujic knew who to call. Vujic had worked with Unitex a number of times before and knew they were the best when it came to custom-made mouldings. And using lightweight, cement-based mouldings by Unitex allows the builder to use standard framing to keep construction costs down.

Working from photographs Jesse Xu, head of moulding design at Unitex, drew up a number of designs for approval then proceeded to production. The mouldings for the dormer windows were created in a number of pieces then put together on-site. Reflective glass was even inserted to give the illusion of a real window.
